The First Bloom Menarche Celebration is a loving and affirming introduction to womanhood. This experience weaves together education, gentle ritual, creativity, and sisterhood to help young girls embrace their cycles with confidence, pride, and cultural grounding. Designed for girls within their first year of menstruation (typically ages 9–14), this celebration provides a soft, supportive space to understand their bodies, honor their first moon, and feel held by family and community. Perfect for families who desire a meaningful, intentional, and culturally rooted way to welcome their daughter into this new chapter with joy, reverence, and love. Includes: • 90-minute in-person celebration for the honored girl and up to six friends • Guided conversation on the menstrual cycle, emotional wellness, and positive body image • Gentle introduction to womb wellness: herbal baths, cycle awareness, and/or age-appropriate yoni steaming education (no steaming performed) • Interactive creative activity — choose one:  • Flower crown crafting  • Affirmation card making  • Petal Path Art • Bloom Bracelets • Herbal tea ceremony + light refreshments • Digital “My First Moon” Journal for the honored girl • Parent/guardian resource sheet with guidance on supporting menstrual health and emotional well-being at home **This service is available on Saturdays and Sundays and must be booked at least 21 days in advance.
