Cancellation Policy
To honor your time and mine, all bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Sessions are offered virtually, and your private session link will be sent manually to your email within 12 hours of booking. Please double-check that your email address is correct at checkout. If you do not receive your link within 12 hours, please contact us at hello@thekittyboxdc.com . Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Because each session is prepared and held specifically for you, all bookings are non-refundable. If an emergency arises, email us to discuss options.
